Just Tri It:
10 week beginner group training program for sprint distance triathlons. Training includes endurance, speed, strength, skills & technique workouts for swim, bike and run. Tri specific training includes, transitions, cycling drills, equipment use, nutrition and USAT rules. All participants are provided with 5-day weekly workouts, including two-three days coach-supervised group weekly group workouts. Registration plus program fee applicable. 10 participant maximum.

Specialized Training:
Custom individualized training in 10, 12 or 16 week programs for athletes new to Lifestyle Fitness, Inc.. Workouts are designed based on the individual's experience and fitness level. Weekly schedules are provided to the athlete consisting of 5-6 days of training. Athletes are required to periodically train with the Maniacs, while receiving coaching evaluation and instruction within a small group environment. Private instruction is available based on need. Fees are applicable to length of program.

Multisport Mania (Maniacs): Experienced level team training program. All Maniacs have completed at least one sprint distance triathlon and achieved the distance/times minimum criteria. $100 annual fee plus monthly training fee for 10-12 coach-supervised monthly group training sessions. Maniacs have discounts from sponsors, team competition jersey available, weekly training schedule according to pre-planned triathlons, unlimited coach access, incredible support system from team-mates.

Independent Athletes: This program is available to the athlete that has completed a Specialized Training program, a Just Tri It camp or has a triathlon background. Training plans are custom designed to the athlete's personal goals, ability and experience. Athletes train on their own with coach-provided weekly workouts as well as with the Maniacs for key workouts (ie, track, transitions, distance work, etc.) Multisport Mania membership available to athletes that train as independents.
